ABOUT
Angela Lily, RMT
Hi! I’m your friendly neighborhood Registered Massage Therapist, Angela Lily.
At Lily Massage Therapy my aim is to have you leaving each session feeling lighter, stronger, and super relaxed!
We start by learning about you; your unique treatment needs and goals, and how to best deliver them to you! A variety of treatments are offered for every age - from infancy to our elder years. In fact, I offer specialized techniques that are wonderful for the whole family, even kids!
In a Clinical Massage Therapy context, I offer many alternative modalities to complement your healing process, including those that focus on physical ease and comfort, emotional regulation, learning support, mobility, myofascial release, energetic healing, and more.
Working with the soft tissues of the body, this form of therapy aims at assessing and treating muscles, joints, and connective tissues
Originating from the traditional Thai Massage, a meditative and spiritually enhanced form of manual therapy that integrates the whole body.
Heated oils, hot towels, and focused massage techniques are utilized for the upper arms, neck, shoulders, scalp and face.
